Honoring outstanding community leaders who have fought tirelessly to advance Civil Rights. This year, our signature program will be held in person in Northern CA, and will fund local unity capacity building, youth leadership programs, and NextGen Leadership programs and initiatives.

Join us in Sacramento, CA on Monday, June 10 from 6:30 pm to 9 pm for the 12th Annual NAACP California Hawaii State Conference Legacy Hall of Fame celebration as we honor our 2024 inductees, Rev. Dr. Amos C. Brown and Danny Glover.

Rev. Amos C. Brown, Th.D., of San Francisco, is a distinguished civil rights leader who studied under Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. He participated in pivotal civil rights actions and serves as President of the San Francisco Branch of the NAACP. Danny Glover, renowned actor, producer, and activist, is celebrated for his impactful performances in film and his commitment to civil rights and economic justice. Glover, born in San Francisco, has received numerous awards for his humanitarian efforts.
We are proud to commemorate Rev. Brown’s civil rights activism and Glover’s legacy as 2024 NAACP CA/HI State Conference Legacy Hall of Fame members.
